By accessing or using HookMachineAI (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and HookMachineAI.
HookMachineAI is an AI-powered tool that helps content creators, marketers, and social media professionals generate viral hook text for short-form video content. The Service allows you to:
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use HookMachineAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hookmachineai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
HookMachineAI offers paid subscription plans (Basic at $9.99/month and Pro at $16.99/month) with different monthly upload limits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will not charge you after cancellation.
Your plan includes a monthly upload limit. Basic plan includes 250 uploads/month. Pro plan includes 500 uploads/month.
You agree to use HookMachineAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through our Service.

You may not use HookMachineAI to:
Generate or distribute content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Upload videos or content you do not own or have rights to use
Create content targeting, threatening, or harassing any individual or group
Generate content promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
Create intentionally false or misleading content designed to deceive viewers
Generate bulk content for spam campaigns or artificial engagement inflation
Use the Service to distribute malicious code or conduct phishing attacks
Violate the terms of service of any social media platform you share content to
Impersonate other people, brands, or organizations without authorization
Generate any sexualized or exploitative content involving minors
Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement.
You retain full ownership of the hooks you generate and any videos or images you upload. By using the Service, you grant HookMachineAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., generating previews, uploading to social platforms on your behalf). We will never use your content for training AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
HookMachineAI, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by HookMachineAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our written permission.
Hook text generated by our AI is provided to you for your use. The AI may occasionally generate similar hooks for different users. We make no warranty that AI-generated hooks are unique or eligible for copyright protection in your jurisdiction.
No Guarantee of Virality: HookMachineAI generates hook suggestions based on AI. We do not guarantee that any generated hook will go viral, increase views, or achieve any particular marketing result.
“As Is” Service: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Uptime: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, API outages, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime.
AI Accuracy: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or off-target. You are responsible for reviewing all hooks before using them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookMachineAI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HookMachineAI and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@hookmachineai.com. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if your use creates legal liability for us. We may also terminate accounts for non-payment.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. If you continue using HookMachineAI after the effective date of the updated Terms, you agree to the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
